Courtney is a former trauma-informed psychotherapist who developed her own healing modality, The Advanced Shadow Work Method©, after finding traditional therapy often left clients with unresolved gaps. Drawing from her personal mystical journey and training as an initiated High Priestess of the Magdalena Rose Path, she integrates ancient esoteric wisdom with her clinical background. Through guided meditations and altered states of consciousness, she helps clients uncover deeply buried truths and transform trauma into growth.
